My friends Ana and John had a baby girl last night. Her name is Charlotte Noelle Parker. Ana labored for about 20 hours and then started to get a temperature and was not progressing. Ana really did not want to have a C-section but it became necessary for her and the baby. Everything went well and she had her baby within the hour of making that decision. I am so excited that she wanted to me to be in the operating room. So exciting to be a part of their experience and especially to see her face when John announced that it was a baby girl. She really wanted a girl. This is just a few of the pictures that I took of the birth and in the recovery room. Mommy, daddy and baby are doing great...just a little tired!
